Hi Substack family,

Due to time moving faster than I would like, this week’s Substack letter is in the format of a voice recording note alone….Hope you are keeping well and don’t forget to boil the kettle, go for a stroll or lie down on that couch while listening to this….I have to give advance notice that I am more on the stressed side of life at the moment but it’s all good. It’s part of the process and when I meet my Facebook Family and my friends at the radio station - A special mention to Louise & Gerry at LMFM today I will be topped up with good energy again.
