A spontaneous sunday note just for you.....

Hey there you,

I just wanted to pop in as Sunday comes to a close here in Ireland - to let you know something very important! I wanted you to know that you’re an amazing human! You’re one of a kind! You’re fabulous in so many ways! You are loved in more ways that you will ever know! You are such a good egg….and when I say that, I want you to know that your goodness does not go unnoticed. Yes, sometimes it might feel like you might not be seen, but I promise you, I see you and so do many other people!

We need more people like you in this world and that is what this special Sunday note is all about!

It is your reminder that the world needs more light, more laughter, more love and more YOU in it….So don’t step back. Don’t shy away. Don’t let the shadow self take over! Instead shine your gorgeous loving light outwards and KEEP BEING YOU!

We all need you to be YOU! You keep me inspired to be me then too!

This is my little note to remind you to keep going and if anything is bothering you or anything is weighing heavy on you, be sure to share it with someone who loves you. So many people love you! Sometimes we forget but there are so many people who want to lighten any burdens that we might be carrying so never be shy to share! I promise you, the minute you share it, it will instantly become lighter!

And don’t forget, everything will be ok in the end, I promise you that :)

Keep looking up and keep being your magic self!

Take each day as it comes. Small steps. One moment by one moment and no further than that. It’s nice to plan but I promise you, the magic always comes in the moments that there was no plan. Keep your ears, your eyes and your heart wide open - that’s where the magic lies - in the gift that is created without expectation! YES is the answer to opportunities of fun, happinesss, smiles & memories and NO is always the answer to anything that doesn’t bring you JOY!

And don’t forget; Happiness doesn’t choose you, you choose it!
