How are YOU?

I’m mixing it up in here going forward, imagine here I am popping in on a Sunday….so you might see me appearing in here at different times to your inbox just as a heads up…..but this will just be for fun ahead of going to the states…Like a really good pal, there are no set times with me and you sure they aren’t? I can appear at your door anytime I feel I need to appear…like a really good friend, we don’t have rules around our friendship, instead we can be drawn towards each other just when we know we need to do that too so today feel like that…That’s the gift of a true connection and a really good friend. I want to be a really good friend to you so that is why today is about me checking in on YOU……

How are you doing? How is life treating you? I hope things are going nicely for you but I know we often have no control on many aspects of this world & that’s the tricky step of being a human.…No matter how life is leaning on you, I’m sending good vibes & all my love. Im thinking of you & sending you all the good energy from inside my heart to keep you looking up 💖 I know there are a lot struggling at the moment. I’ve spoken to many of you & there are many of you, who carry within you heavy parts and keep it within in…we all have our own ways of coping and that is very important….to be us & to simple ‘be’ sometimes 💖 Hope your Sunday is going gently on you. Take it step by step. Day by day and sometimes hour by hour… Life is not easy & no matter what we do…. it can push us over...it can knock us to the ground and we have to dig deep to keep going. But you are strong inside. As my best friend Winnie says, ‘you are braver than you believe, you are stronger that you seem and you are smarter than you think.’ Repeat this line to yourself...because you can and will come through this moment 💖 

Life bounces off us & we have to dig deep to get back up & keep going but you are strong, you are ‘YOU’ and you are magic. Hour by hour we go. Gentle on us we go. Talk to people who love you if your heart is weighing heavy as the heavy heart moves to the head & then it fills with foggy thoughts that often get tangled & put the heart into a wobble then. Sharing is caring & the minute the share happens, the heart lightens & the head frees.

Sending love to you all. I’m up drinking tea 🥳 and leaning into my Sunday reflective energy. Grateful to be well. Grateful to have people I love in my life. Grateful for technology to keep in touch with people who keep me looking up. Grateful to be on this earth. Grateful for YOU 😍🥰 #iseeyou
