I have a much lengthier post to come all about meeting Liz Gilbert (we’re officially friends now right Lizzie? LOVELETS UNITED) and lots of stories about the magic of looking for the light and love in the world and finding it everywhere. I have so much to tell you about my 24 hours in London as I squeezed in so much joy that I even surprised myself. Even though I am carrying quite a heavy personal story at the moment as I stay close to people who need me, I really enjoyed my break and was reminded of my own light and no matter how heavy things get in life, my innate heart and determination to look for the good in this world will never be taken away by anyone else…>Why you might ask?

Well simply answered, because I now carry a peace inside me that cannot be touched. I may be knocked down but I will always get back up. I will not allow the darkness take away my light, nor will I let anyone else step close to me to drain my heart or my hope, instead I will keep stepping forward and keep shining like the stars we were born to be for each other. Also I just love laughing and having fun and once I stay true to me, laughter and fun will stay close to me too. Such great reminders of how much I love fun ;)

Ok now for some photos of Lou meeting Liz in London (LLLLLLLL- loads of alliteration which I LOVE)….My next post brings the full story of this trip in more detail but for now I will smile to myself as I lock in this magical memory!
