Hey there fellow fabulous human! Thanks for being a substack housemate! Thanks for being here!

Just a little note to say hope your Tuesday has gone well or is going well - depending on what part of the world you are in. Maybe it’s even Wednesday where you are ;)

I just decided to send a little random beep to your inbox to say hey ;) (hay is for horses right? ) Bad jokes are my thing as you all know haha :)

After the wonderful reaction and feedback to my spontaneous Sunday letter, I felt inspired to write again to you without any notice. I feel in ways our world has become way too scheduled and timetabled - and if i’m honest, I love spontaneity in communications. I felt I wanted to write to you - I was drawn from the deep magical spirit inside me to write a message to you, so here I am ;) Also I decided that I want to continue to share with you the ways, the mechanisms, the thoughts, the information nuggets I’ve collected in the last few years that have really helped me not only enjoy my life but equally cope with all that this world throws at us. I hope you find this useful and most importantly you know that I see you and I’m thinking of YOU!

We all know life is not easy ride. Nope…..instead it can be very tricky. So regularly I am going to pop a little note like this into your inbox at random time to help you keep your head up. I will include little nuggets as I like to call them. I’ve collected lots of them and they have helped me greatly when I’ve been in tricky moments in my life. I hope you enjoy them and find them helpful. If you know someone struggling, please feel free to share these. Staring is indeed caring ;) So here we go…..

• JK Rowling was rejected by 12 publishing houses before being picked up by an editor. She was also told by one of those very famous publishers to consider attending a writing course ;) JK has sold over 450 million books! This is your reminder to not give up on what you are passionate about!

• “Success is failure in progress” - Albert Einstein. Albert failed to speak until he was three years of ages and couldn’t read until the age of seven! This is your reminder that success is what you make of it and it is something different to us all!

• I love this quote from comedian Chris Hardwick - “No human ever became interesting by not failing. The more you fail and recover and improve, the better you are as a person. Ever meet someone who’s always had everything work out for them with zero struggle? They usually have the depth of a puddle. Or they don’t exist.”  Don’t be a puddle in this world substacker…..instead be a loud splashing wave of effort, energy and have stories to tell about your life! We are only here once, so make the best of it and enjoy and love those who enjoy & love you! Kick up those feet!

You are unique and your kind, compassionate heart is what this world needs! Keep being you! If you feel unnoticed, just take a side step.
