**FREE VIRTUAL EVENT TODAY: Are you looking for festive fun, friends, hot chocolates and Christmas Cards? Come join this very merry messing from your home :)

After the success of this community meet up I organised last week, I am running this again on Wednesday 6th December between 7.30-8.30pm (Irish Time) and it’s FREEEEE!!! And a whole lotta fun……If you are in need of a smile or fifteen, if you are feeling a little out of the festive cheer or maybe you just want encouragement to get those Christmas cards written, please feel very welcome to pop along to this free ‘Living and Laughing with Lou’ virtual event….I promise you will meet new people, make news friends and leave feeling lighter and smiling and with a big pile of Christmas cards written :)

The traditional means of lots of things are well and truly being left behind by modern society in 2023, some understandably but others I feel are foolish to lose…So this is my effort to try and encourage the means of writing Christmas cards to each other back on a track. There is nothing as special as writing a card with someone you love in your mind as you do it. It is such a relaxed atmosphere, you wouldn’t know what would happen…. We chat, laugh and then get down to the ‘very serious’ business of finding our address books, comparing cards and learning how everyone has a different system when it comes to a Christmas card list ;) (who knew, I certainly didn’t? This is my new system! haha! ) ……Also in this session we are exchanging addresses with each other (if you want) and also there is an option of putting forward a name/address who might need a little surprise card sent to them….If you know someone recently bereaved or maybe lives alone or someone who maybe just needs a little random act of kindness, we are exchanging that detail with each other this week too! There is no pressure also to write cards, come along and just hang out with us either. Maybe you might like to wrap a pressie, make a mince pie, do a bit of online shopping or just come in for the giggle!
